Laugh yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh as a form of exercise in a group, which soon turns into real and spontaneous laughter. Laugh Yoga is based on the understanding that voluntary laughter provides the same health benefits as spontaneous laughter.  On a cellular level having a routine bath of the happy chemistry DOSE (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphin) is a great way to enjoy life and add to the overall health of your body.

Laugh yoga starts out with warm up exercises that include Qi Gong or tai chi style stretching. We incorporate breathing techniques to get the lungs ready for lots of laughter. Followed with laughing exercises which are combined with visualization techniques, acting and playfulness.

When you combine all these exercises within a group setting, it does not take long before you erupt into a spontaneous belly laugh.  Sustaining the laughter helps to promote the health benefits your mind and body on a cellular level.
